Hi DrDetroit,
I had my deposit in my grand bay account this mornig, i faxed them a copy of my netspend statement last night. evidentally it posted sometime this morning- after 6am est , because i had to call support in order to claim the wednesday bonus.... i'd try calling them directly ...
