Royal Joker Win Win Bonus

So the deal on Royal Joker's Win Win Bonus was, deposit at least $100 between 10/1 and 10/7, have a win/loss of at least $500.

I definitely made the deposit requirement, but have no idea how to check the win loss amount. Bonus was to be credited today and of course I have ZERO.

Its bad enough that I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn this past week, now this just adds insult to injury.
