I got mine. If you are getting an error message be sure you have a zero balance before claiming. korny-have you deposited lately? That maybe why you are getting "no promotions available at this time"-sorry you didn't get the promo. Good luck to all who get this!

kornykatty, I have the same messages. I haven't deposited in a long time, so it didn't surprise me. Did you receive an email saying it would be there? If you did then you should contact support.
