id agree with ega casino extreme pays instantly if you have neteller but think they also pay instantly to some other withdrawal methods so thats worth checking and you can't get quicker than instant lol...and if you live in uk you can cash out instantly at ladbrokes casino(my fav microgaming casino) by visiting their shops
