Any bonus given to a player where he does not deposit any of his own money in conjunction with the bonus is considered a free chip. The maximum withdrawable amount on a free chip is 1X the amount of the bonus.

Example : In a scenario where you get a free chip of $ 100 the maximum cashout amount is 1X the amount of the bonus = $ 100 x 1 = $ 100. In this case, any additional funds in your account over and above the maximum cashout of $100 will be removed (zeroed out) at the time of your withdrawal.

The maximum cashout limitation is permanently enforced on your account once you take any bonus. All future withdrawals become limited to the most recent maximum cashout you had with the last bonus you took. Whether or not you take a bonus on your latest deposit is not considered relevant. Once you take a bonus whatever the last available maximum cashout on your account was is considered the maximum withdrawable amount.

ok thanks for clarifying, i have never heard of a term like that before and can't say i agree with it but i took the free $100 so I guess im only ever able to cashout $100 if i win

i think it means they take 100 off your winnings if you cashout so dont cashout until you have 200 or any amount over the bonus amount,.. that you are cool with. Maybe they just take backyour bonus that you get, off your winnings who knows but just adding my input im not the god of bonuses..

Anything that is that unclear to start with, seems to throw up to many flags ever to trust a cash out from this casino, at least at this time.. I had a funny feeling about this casino when I went there yesterday.. I would say buyer be ware!!
