Hi hun, they are rubber boots/pants that you put on over your clothes to keep them dry and wade out into a lake or stream to fish. They also have pants that come up to just under your arm pitts for those deeper lakes LOL.

They also help out a LOT around here when the crepe starts getting "deep", to protect your clothing from that too. LOL Don't want any crepe on your clothes or shoes ewwwwww. LOL
