Patience has never been a strong point for me...lol... Since I am up at 3:30 am, I need to take my daughter to work, I called CGB and asked them about my bonus. (I'm also Miss Grumpy in the morning lol) They asked me my account number and voucher number and credited me while I was on the phone with them. Yippee lol

Likewise - I'm not sure you need a promotional code - or otherwise which one you're referring to. If a snail mail one - the promo codes are usually unique for each person and as such can't be used - i think this subject was for people to watch their snail mail (postal mail) to see if they got one too.
