LeapYear sounds right to me.
On that note my daughter has friend born on Feb 29 He was so proud of himself for turning 16 ya know how teenagers are. Anyway that's when she reminded him that he's only had 4 true birthdays and handed him his present. He received a cap gun, holster , sheriff's star and a little cowboy hat to top it all off. He was very humble about it all right before he kicked her in the shin and threw a temper tantrum and embarrrassed the crepe out of her. I LOVE IT
