Help Reinstalling Rtg Casinos

I dont know where to post this but perhaps someone can help me.my laptop crashed and I had to save what I could from the hard drive. In the process I lost a lot f
my software.I have re downloaded most of the stuff
I lost but Ive found that with the rtg casinos suddnely I
can't get into the cashier section i get somekind of trace
stack error I can't figure this out.Any help would be appreciated

PLEASE , if you are asking a question - post it in the questions forum - not in the No Deposit Bonuses (people will just see it and ignore it - it's not a no deposit bonus!)...

Anyway, as far as your problem goes it sounds like the reinstallation of your PC is not completed correctly. There are many many possibilities of what could be wrong and I suspect it will be a lot of questions going back and forth.

Here's my questions:-
- Which version of windows are you using? (XP / Vista) ?
- Are you using the latest (stable) version of Internet Explorer ? (version 7) - you can tell this by clicking on the Help menu, then About Internet Explorer
- Did you restore your PC to factory settings with a disk that you got when you bought it? (and if so, have you also completed all the Windows Updates - most you can get by going to Internet Explorer and then Tools - Windows Updates). Remember you have to reboot often and then you should re-run the update as not all can be installed in one go.

Once you've answered these, I will do my best to assist you from that.

LOL it's no big deal -- did you have answers to my questions .. would like to try and help you.. but I need that info to proceed any further..

uninstal the software completely using a good program like tune-up utilities or registry repair wizard.
Both have great uninstall programs that do a better job than the inbuilt add/remove

then clean the registry with the same app.

then re-install the casino.

fail proof

I had a simular problem were the cashier didn't load.
But if I run the program as administrator it work just fine, might be just for Vista this works.
