Well we all should have known that this was too good to be true!! I have deposited here many times in the past, sent in all of the required fax back forms along with State ID. copies of utility bills, copy of the front and back of the credit card I always use to deposit with. I didn't make the play through but, I managed to get my VIP points up to $67. I redeemed the VIP points and played for quite awhile longer. According to the casino rules, VIP Gold Points DO NOT have a wager requirement, so after playing a long time with the points I requested a $140 cashout. When I went to check the status of my cashout, it was denied and the $140 was not returned to my account either!! When I contacted Live Chat I was told that this was supposed to be a new player promo, that I had already used one when I first registered at the casino. That part didn't bother me, but then they preceded to tell me that I also was not eligible because- get this- this is bull****- I supposedly have multiple accounts here!! I know for a FACT that I only have one account here!! I always make sure of this before I ever make the first deposit!! Like I said I have made probably at least 5-6 deposits here, and get all kinds of promo emails from them, I have even received 2 phone calls offering me a 220% match bonus with NO WAGER REQUIREMENTS!! They seem to have no problem with my account as long as I am depositing and NOT CASHING OUT!! I'm going to call the casino's telephone number and personnaly speak to support about this. If they do not resolve this multiple account BS I am going to tell them to close my account and I'm also going to post a warning about this casino in EVERY FORUM that I belong to!!

I contacted Live Support before I ever played this promo. The gal said, "This is for new players but you can play it for fun not to cash out and you could build up your comp points."
I said cool! and proceeded to play.
When I tried to redeem my comps I was told I had multiple accounts which I called him on and he backed off that one. Then he said all my comps were empty credits or some such nonsense.
I wonder if the manager even knows what live help is doing lately at his casino. It has gone downhill since he joined a group I think. Support isn't anything like it was before. In fact, I don't think they really know what they are doing or saying.
Hmmmm I think I will write to the manager about this too.

I spoke to a really nice lady named Lilli who checked and rechecked my information, she said "who told you you have multiple accounts??" She checked the chat logs and saw that a man named Raymond told me this and he was wrong!!!!!!!!! She told me to recontact the casino in a few hours when management and accounting departments are in and I can get this resolved. I really don't expect my cashout to go through if this promo really was just for new players, but at least my name will be cleared which is important to me as I am always very careful about following the rules at the casino's that I deposit with. I also believe I deserve an apology and I am going to request that my $140 VIP Points be credited back to my account if my cashout is not honored.

I just spoke to Mark the manager and was told that this promo is for new players only and any vip points accumulated can NOT be redeemed!! They did admit that they were wrong about me having multiple accounts, but My cashout was still denied and they wouldn't give me any of my vip points back to play with. I'm kind of afraid to deposit here any more, they could pull this multiple account BS again if I ever try to cashout again!!
