Did you download via CC as I would send geno a PM and get this looked into. He will be ableto sort this out and I am very sure he would not continue promoting a casino that does this.

Hope you do get it sorted and I for one wouldnt make a deposit there until i knew for sure they were not going to continue with this behaviour.

and BTW after making my last 100$ withdrawal i still had like 80 in my account wich i lost i only deposited 50 so how did i not wager it at least once what a joke of a casino?

ok 1 last post just checked my usemywallet and they paid me my other 200$ but reversed the 100 saying i didn't make playthrough LOL???? its all from the 1 50$ deposit and im so confused they refuse 2 answer me on live chat and wont communicate with me at all.. i rewithdrew th 100 and ill see what happens.. maybe its just an oversight but ill still never deposit here again and would warn all crushers 2 staw away from any casino with wagering requirements when u dont take a bonus

Actually there are a lot of casinos that require you to playthough a deposit one time before requesting a withdrawal. Not just rivals. Yes even without taking a bonus. Some require you to keep the money in there more than 24 hours before cashing out.

I always thought that was common practice for a long time now.
