I have never deposited and the coupon worked for me!

Wow thats great Slarvis, but when I tried to redeem coupon it said

that I already had redeem it, even though I never had and thats why

I contacted customer support....thats where I was told at first that I

could use the coupon without depositing and the second time I spoke

with support telling them that the coupon did not work for me someone

else told me you must have deposited in the past....So I guess you are

lucky.....Hope you can cash out if you get past the playthrough......

Can't cash out if you have claimed 2 or more free chips having never made a deposit anyway. If I redeem it I know it's nothing but a fun chip.

I got my free chip, won some money, met all their requirements. They denied my withdrawal request and locked me out so I can't get back in. Watch this place!!

I agree it took my money too I had almost 3,000 I hit three money jackpots and played winamillion and racked up and they declined my withdraw, after I sent all my information

I must agree with the Dr on this....I have had bad experiences trying

to cash out at Hampton.....always excuse after excuse...

I guess if you use the coupon, consider it play $$$.....
