Hi,
Sengel Overnight Express I believe is a Courier, someone correct me if I'm wrong..
Usually with a Courier you'll pay a fee to have your winnings (cheque) delivered to your home..not sure how much...you might want to inquire with their support..
You then can take your cheque to any cheque cashing place and usually with the proper ID they will cash it for you..
I live in Canada so things are a little different here..If anyone else knows of another way please post it for Sengel..

Hi, you did great sisters, thank you!!! Overnight express is like Federal Express or Fed Ex here in the states. Depending on the casino they generally charge $35-$50 to send checks.
Of course once you receive the check you may take it to several different places to cash it. Here in the states we have check cashing places that charge a fee to cash them.

ty you everyone for your posts , i asked live chat on monday, they said it was a courrier and thats the way i have to go. she said it would take 5 to 7 days to get it what a overnight express service. if it was called one week express it would only take a couple of months to get it. I will let everyone know once i receive it ty again
