I received the same email today, but when I went to casino to redeem it, it says coupon was already redeemed
I went to cashiers history and coupon PLYR33APP was used at April 12 , so they are right, just wonder why they send same coupon twice then.

Hello, the free chip is for existing players. In my post it says *You must have deposited at Prism or Slots of Vegas prior to redeeming this coupon to be eligible to withdraw free chip winnings* it's right under the wagering requirements. I'm not sure why they have sent out a duplicate coupon that was sent in April?? I'm going to contact customer support and see what's up. Thanks, Judy
