if anyone needs a reloadable visa card, go to www.netspend.com and either order one online or find out where they sell them near you through their site (most check cashing stores) and when you activate card put in referal code 5646680029 for an instant 5.00 free
or
if you have gotten one recently (in the past 2 months or so) and didn't use a referal code when activating your card, call 1-86-netspend and tell them you want to add a referal code 5646680029 to get your 5.00 free and they will credit accts
