Superdude, just go to the start button on your task bar and click run & type in: REGEDIT & when the regedit window pops up click on edit at the top of the window then click find and type HYPE & after each time it stops on the word hype hit the F3 key on your keyboard til it stops on Hype Casino or Hype Gaming on the left side. When it stops on the casino name then look on the right for user name. It's there & its easy to do if you use the find & find next (F3) in the IE browser menu under edit.

one thing is dont use aol email they are horrible, use gmail instead it is web based... if oyu ever cancle your aol account you will loose your email account and have to start over...using a web based account you never loose it

superdude: just go to website and go to live help and ask what your account number is.... i dont knwo anything about this casino but i know the slots are the best i have ever seen in my opinion, they have several bonus rounds on each video slot and the graphics are awesome, i think the pyrimid games was jacked from rtg cause the sounds are the same but who cares as long as they pay me the 500 i cashed out last night...lmaoooo

when cashing out did anyone else have to email them identification. they asked me for my drivers license. i sent it to them because i want the $250 i cashed out. said i should be paid on monday.
also they are swamped that is why you are having trouble chating live. they said too many people have signed up.
Also i never received a welcome letter either. but as long as they pay who cares. LOL. we will see on monday if it is in my neteller

I had some problems last night with slots that would not stop spinning. Had to leave and come back in. No problems at all today. I cashed out $ 125.00 this morning. I've never gotten any kind of email from them, welcoming, acct ID or for the withdrawal. I guess I'l wait and see what happens with the withdrawal. Good Luck to us all !
