Superdude, just go to the start button on your task bar and click run & type in: REGEDIT & when the regedit window pops up click on edit at the top of the window then click find and type HYPE & after each time it stops on the word hype hit the F3 key on your keyboard til it stops on Hype Casino or Hype Gaming on the left side. When it stops on the casino name then look on the right for user name. It's there & its easy to do if you use the find & find next (F3) in the IE browser menu under edit.

I did not get a welcome email either and I registered my aol addy. Also checked the spam mail, not there either.

one thing is dont use aol email they are horrible, use gmail instead it is web based... if oyu ever cancle your aol account you will loose your email account and have to start over...using a web based account you never loose it

no, but if oyu open the software all you have to do is put in your password it will tell you your account number

superdude: just go to website and go to live help and ask what your account number is.... i dont knwo anything about this casino but i know the slots are the best i have ever seen in my opinion, they have several bonus rounds on each video slot and the graphics are awesome, i think the pyrimid games was jacked from rtg cause the sounds are the same but who cares as long as they pay me the 500 i cashed out last night...lmaoooo

I got my download to work, got registered OK, I even got the free $10 bonus, but can't play it because NONE of the games will download

I had some problems last night with slots that would not stop spinning. Had to leave and come back in. No problems at all today. I cashed out $ 125.00 this morning. I've never gotten any kind of email from them, welcoming, acct ID or for the withdrawal. I guess I'l wait and see what happens with the withdrawal. Good Luck to us all !
