I do not know where to put this, and I KNOW that Virtual is a big NO-NO, but I felt it was important to get this out.
Several years ago, I made a withdrawal from Virtual. It was honored after the requisite 10 days, and paid out via Western Union. I was called with the MTCN. I happened to be in the grocery store when I received the call and went directly to customer service for the WU withdrawal. In the time it took me to get the form filled out and have the clerk call it up, the money had been paid out 600 miles from where I live, to someone else. For the next three months I did everything I could to convince these people that I did NOT get the money. No luck
I received an email about a week ago from the new Manager, Marty, saying that they would be happy to look into any disputes I may have had with Virtual. I also received the same email regarding Club Player. I sent an email with an explanation, was contacted back by phone saying they would investigate the claim, and today, June 20, I received a call from the casino saying that they had paid my wit drawal to my Quicktender account. And it is there!
So, if any of you have issues with these casinos, now might be a good time to contact them. It sure was worth the 5 minutes to took to compose the email. Good Luck, Happy Gambling, remember where the cash out button is (it works). Oh, and to all you dads out there "Happy Father's Day"
