i did this awhile back and went to make a cashout, 3 weeks later still no cashout, when i contacted support they told me i hadnt made playthru, i did make playthru cause i keep paper records when i have a playthru, actually i made 200 dollars over the playthru amount....another week past when i went back into my account it was locked
