Missdon1 is it your own unique ID....if its not you need your own...

You can get this by contacting support and asking them to email you the

promo....If it is your own ID then contact support to see whats wrong...

Hello all. I just called their toll free number and they told me this. The reason your bonus code for this vanity card is not being accepted is because you need to make a deposit. I don't think so! When I told this person that I've never had to deposit for a vanity card before they just said, "well thats the way it is now.Hmmmmmm.

same here, they said i must make a deposit to use my vanity card # for the FREE $5. whats up with that?
