Hello to my CC sitemates!
I have been receiving a lot of questions and I have decided not to dodge them, but to deal with them in a straightforward manner.
While I am a staff member here, at Poker-Crush I am just still the same old gal who is a happy regular member, still with the name, not of a crown, but simply royalblush (all the royalty to which I am entitled! LOL!)
The questions have been the same, no matter which site their origin. So here I am copying and pasting a post I just made at Poker-Crush. I hope it will explain a few things to your satisfaction.

Hi my wondering friends!
Since I started working at our big sister site, Casino Crush, with my name there changed to RoyalCrush, I have learned a little bit more about the system. (You know I always was nosy and wanting to know what was going on in the worst way! LMAO! At least I don't deny it.
Now I have good reason to learn a bit more about it.
So I will tell you now what I know about your questions.
There are a few things that only Geno can do, and resetting points is one of them. And he has been away to a conference of gambling forum owners, putting their heads together to try to figure out how they can do more for their members while the ban is frustrating us.
He just got back and the first thing he has to do is get caught up on his messages. Then he will start doing what he can at CC and PC. One of them will be resetting the points.
On top of that, Orange Crush's cable system is all messed up and she cannot even get to the sites. She is straining at the leash and I feel almost sorry for the cable repair men. They did not have it finished by late this evening and I doubt if they work on Sunday. Soooooo -- OC probably won't be back until Monday night at the earliest and more like Tuesday. Of course, I am just guessing here.
To make matters worse, OC is the one who does the crediting of CC and PC points and contest cash, so we are also behind in that.
Just a string of bad luck, not bad thinking this time, folks! But you can be sure they are just as impatient as we are to get on with it! And they will do the very best they can.
Now as for our Guru, there are two versions explaining why he is running behind. So believe whichever you will.
One version is well explained in the thread here called What Happened to Our Guru? or something close to that.
The other version is that there are a few brick and mortar big poker games with big poker names that he must participate in this time of year in order to be in line for winning the World Series Of Poker and bringing the trophy and the world championship home to us here at Poker-Crush. There is no way out of that for him.
So our Guru is also overwhelmed with trying to keep up with everything. Word is he will be back here within the next couple days and will try very hard to get all caught up.
I don't know if all that info helps you or not as far as making you less ungappy -- but that's the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. So at least now you know.
My own personal hope is that you will be understanding of the huge pressures upon all all three of them, and that they withstand these pressures for our sakes as much as for their own. I am sure of this, since learning while talking with them in staff meetings how very much they all do truly care for all of us! It is unusual and it is something precious to me and I hope to you.
And that's the best I can do in explaining the delays at CC and PC. I DO know they WILL catch up, no matter what it takes!

P.S. to Casino-Crush Bingo Players: I talked on the phone with OC tonight after our chat in the chat room (which I owe you all a great big thank you because I enjoyed it so much!).
She asked me to inform you that there will be no Bingo tomorrow afternoon OR tomorrow night. Seems she has something special planned for you, and she is the only one who can carry it out when she does get back online.
So that makes a non-truth teller out of me, since I told you this evening that I would be there for Bingo tomorrow. Instead, we will wait for Orange Crush -- and we all know she is worth waiting for!
