I think each code is "Unique" to the player. But, with code (NAKHEWB) I got $50 NO DEPOSIT.
I am almost positive it is for USA Players that at one time had accounts completely CLOSED here.

I got my snail mail this week. Codes are unique. My account was never closed even though I am in the USA and in a banned state.
Lasted all of about 20 minutes. Everygame RED is the tightest RTG ever!

I got mine a couple of weeks ago. I am in the US and my account is still open. The $50 gave me about an hours worth of play. With my luck, that is pretty good! 
I don't really like RTG myself. It is a sad thing that Everygame is changing. Their "green " casino is still there, but it will be gone any day now.
