Emails not being received? April 2022 (RESOLVED)

THIS ISSUE WAS RESOLVED ON 27TH APRIL 2022

Hi there Crushers,

I understand that a number of emails have been delayed due to a problem with our new server configuration.

I believe this has now been resolved BUT it may take a couple of days before the outbox of the server catches up and re-tries sending the remaining emails.

So, please be patient and I will keep checking the server mail queue to see when it has finally emptied. At the moment there are only 60 something emails remaining but some mail providers take a little while longer to accept emails once the necessary changes have been made.

Anyway, this is just a quick message to let you know.

Thanks Genol, as of this morning I am still waiting on mine hopefuly they will start coming thru soon.

Hello again,

I see there are still a bunch that have not yet been sent for some reason.

Hopefully this will clear up soon when things update across the net - this can take up to 72 hours so please bear with us.

Thank you so much for your patience. I can confirm that finally (phew!) all the email problems seem to be resolved.

You may have had a sudden burst of emails in the past 48 hours that were queued up awaiting re-trying.
