Banking Fees

Please help and tell me if this is to do with online gambling thankyou my bank sent me a letter telling me that they will charge me a fee of 12 dollars for incoming domestic wires and 25 dollars for outgoing domestic wires now is this a charge they will do with neteller or credit cards i have neteller by the way please help i am afraid i will have to pay this big money every time i make a move with my neteller to gamble thankyou and would appreciate the help as soon as possible. Embarassed

need more info than that however to me it sounds like that is new fees they will be charging from now on, but not sure,
