Please help and tell me if this is to do with online gambling thankyou my bank sent me a letter telling me that they will charge me a fee of 12 dollars for incoming domestic wires and 25 dollars for outgoing domestic wires now is this a charge they will do with neteller or credit cards i have neteller by the way please help i am afraid i will have to pay this big money every time i make a move with my neteller to gamble thankyou and would appreciate the help as soon as possible.
