Deposit not showing issue...

I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Today I made a deposit to (either VIP Casino / VIP Lounge) via my Instadebit account. The casino shows the requested deposit, but it never was credited to my account. Instadebit shows the transfer successful, and they tell me that they can't cancel transactions, and the phone number for customer service for (either VIP Casino / VIP Lounge) for the USA is disconnected, or just is no good anymore. I never had a problem before with (this casino), but this is something to be aware of.

Was it VIP Casino or was it VIP Lounge? Just curious? Sometimes the two get confused.

I use moneybookers and the same thing happened to me at cirrus on Saturday i was told give it 2 weeks and the money will show up in your casino account they have to find it now coz its lost in cyber world .This is the second time this has happened to me the first time they found it within the 2 weeks so i am sure they will find it and transfer it back to you

The same thing happened to me at cirrus on saturday also but the funds were there on sunday i would just keep checking your account

Just wanted all of you to know that the money finally came through. Guess they were having some kind of problem. All turned out well, except that I lost it all. Geeze........Good luck to all of you though.

It was VIP Lounge according to my desktop. I, Yes, thought the two were the same. Silly me, but I did download VIP Casino. Go figure.

pjjsparrow, I notice that you posted this as soon as it happened.

Whilst this shouldn't happen at casinos, sometimes money does get 'lost in cyberspace' but more often than not it does turn up so please give it time.

If you still get problems, please send me a PM (Private Message) with your account details and if it's a casino we are affiliated to, I can investigate, but please give it at least 48 hours before posting something like this because sometimes 'things happen' and posting so soon can cause unnecessary panic.
