I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Today I made a deposit to (either VIP Casino / VIP Lounge) via my Instadebit account. The casino shows the requested deposit, but it never was credited to my account. Instadebit shows the transfer successful, and they tell me that they can't cancel transactions, and the phone number for customer service for (either VIP Casino / VIP Lounge) for the USA is disconnected, or just is no good anymore. I never had a problem before with (this casino), but this is something to be aware of.

I use moneybookers and the same thing happened to me at cirrus on Saturday i was told give it 2 weeks and the money will show up in your casino account they have to find it now coz its lost in cyber world .This is the second time this has happened to me the first time they found it within the 2 weeks so i am sure they will find it and transfer it back to you ![]()

Whilst this shouldn't happen at casinos, sometimes money does get 'lost in cyberspace' but more often than not it does turn up so please give it time.
If you still get problems, please send me a PM (Private Message) with your account details and if it's a casino we are affiliated to, I can investigate, but please give it at least 48 hours before posting something like this because sometimes 'things happen' and posting so soon can cause unnecessary panic.
