I asked Live Help about it, and CS-Nicky said they do have a $20 no deposit bonus for new players, but you can only use it in bingo, not casino or sportsbook.
And 25x "rollover" required (playthru).

And after I registered, I went back to Live Chat to request the bonus and also to ask where I should find the bingo! (It's under the CASINO tab.)

She said the bonus will be credited as soon as the casino dept opens & they get the request!

Well, here it is Monday, and it's still not been credited to my account.
So I went back to live help and they told me that I'm supposed to EMAIL in my request to cm@bookmaker.com.
They never told me this in the first place, but I did it anyway, and am now waiting still.
They need to get their act together.
