I won from the no deposit coupon only to find out it is ONLY no deposit IF you don't want to cash out!
Maybe it is just me, but I will never understand how no deposit needs a deposit
lol

I e-mailed support because I read the rules and saw you have to deposit at least €/£30 to convert winnings

Here was the reply I got:

The terms and conditions relating to all prizes (coupons etc), can be found at https://www.hippojo.com/casino/promotions.aspx - including the conditions surrounding the deposit associated with your winnings conversion.

But ... in essence these are the conditions:

Withdrawals are subject to the following:
* A deposit of £€30
* Wagering requirement of 45 times deposit and converted amount.
* Wagering not permitted on games other than:
* Slots
* Real Series Slots
* Keno
Maximum cash withdrawal is £€300 and the minimum is £€65
Wagering requirements must be met within 24 hours of being redeemed
Coupons not redeemed within 2 days of awarding are forfeit.
