Hi ejaeruss, the affililate that he is speaking about is the site/person that Mike joined through. If he downloaded Irish Luck from a CC banner then it would be CC.

Affiliates earn a commission from deposits made and lost. When there is a withdrawal/cashout that amount is deducted from the affiliates commissions.

In this case, since the $1,000 that Mike is receiving is actually not a "win" the affiliate will not be charged.

I'll have Geno come take a look and see if I'm even close to the ball park with this answer. lol
