I rec'vd the same.... and upon my account transfer... like you I was bonused with a very nice $10 bonus/transfer gift 
..... and upon further investigating... at Live-Chat I was told that US Players would be able to deposit using "QuickTender" for the preferred deposit method. ... However, it is my understanding that Casino-Crush, does NOT recommend the GFED-casino organizations/methods.... So, those of you using these casinos please do so cautiously!.....
