We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your concern in respect to your Payout Reference Number 3644XXX (edited by sc), for the amount of $400 requested on April 26, 2012 via Check by Courier. We are sorry for the delays we are experiencing and we certainly would be able to explain.
Your payment is currently at the 33rd business day since being processed and approved. Please note that Check by Courier payouts take an average of 15 business days to be delivered; however, this is an estimated timeframe as there may be instances where it would take additional time or even less time than specified to be delivered. In addition, Public Holidays contribute to delays with the delivery of the checks.
We assure you that we have honored your payment request and guarantee that you will be receiving your payout. Presently, we are awaiting the tracking information from the courier services company. Once we receive a tracking number for this payout it will be posted to your Bovada account messages so that you are able to track your package and your check will be delivered to your address on file. You will be required to sign for the package.
Currently, our third party check providers are still awaiting this information from the courier services company. Please note the time it takes to deliver a check is simply a product of constraints with our payment processing partners. Our provider has limitations on the number of transactions they can securely process per day to ensure the continued viability of that system due to the recent changes in the online gaming industry and reinforced restrictions.
At this time, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that might have been caused by this delay and kindly ask for your continued patience and understanding as you await your payment. It has been 34 business days, and I still have no tracking number for my payout of just $400.00. I received a check from Everygame in just 7 days, including weekends. I could really use this money at this point. Please do not respond with another form letter that says the same thing. Give me some concrete infomation this time please?
