IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR US LOCATED ECOCARD CUSTOMERS:

In response to recent publicity about the use of EcoCard for online gambling purposes EcoCard would like to draw its US located customers attention to the Terms of Service they have previously agreed to, and in particular, Section 8 – International Use, which clearly states;

what gets me is when they cut us off they should have cut off the sports betting , poker tourns, and horse racing , lotteries which the gov , makes a lot of taxes on every body then wins a lottery pays over a third in taxes. ok thats gambling a lot of people place online bets and with credit cards 2, they arent stoping that its unfair. thats what i call special intrest groups thatcontribute to CAMPAINFUNDS so thats makes it alright. if they cut them off they would have a cow, they would have all that special intrest money. you know a lot of entries are paid for tv. poker online with credit cards, its just not fair, ty josie46

LOL yep Josie - I think it's pretty clear that the US governments recent moves are certainly not about MORALS but about MONEY wink (I best not visit the USA again having said such a naughty thing tut tut lol)..

I'm pretty sure that fact will be proven by the most likely 'hidden agenda' of the real plans of the US government ...

1. Realise how much money is being spent online gambling and how much tax could be got (to spend on *things* lol)
2. Think about the best way to keep all that money in the country
3. Sneak in a law not to ban online gambling explicitly but to make it sound like it's to stop money going to Online Casinos in other countries (where they suggest of course the money is being used for bombs etc etc). However it is NOT explictly saying 'you cannot gamble online'..
4. Then wait until that is all sorted and for voices of the people to get louder and louder.
5. Then say something along the lines of "we have listened to the people" and realised that this law put on the banks has stopped people being able to gamble online freely (one of everyone's civil liberties).
6. They then say 'ok we will make it ok with the banks to fund an online gaming account IF IT IS A REPUTABLE (BASICALLY USA OWNED AND TAXED) ..
7. More Online Gambling Operators start up in the USA and are taxed in the US and the US government get what they wanted - MORE MONEY to spend on *whatever* lol wink

I think I'll have to start checking my snail mail for ticking noises now wink

Happy Gaming Always (for all hopefully!)

Geno/CC

ROFL@Geno

Well I think it is just an email to protect their own butt. JUST IN CASE Uncle Sam wants to get nasty. I got the email too.

Still it makes ya nervous... especially when you are one of the 11 states.

THREE CHEERS, Geno, for YOU!!!!

That's a real good case you posted of "tellin' it like it is"! And it DOES take courage and bravery, you being a gambling site-related owner and Mr. Bush being..... er, ...um.....well, as he is.

Tell you what! I would gladly open people's ticking boxes of mail if more of them would have the guts to say what you did IN PUBLIC!!!!!!

THANK YOU!

Thanks for saying that crushadmin, I'm from California and if I said it, I'd probably be hearing my doorbell ring right know. But oh well I have something to add, they take away our gambling rights and then charge us almost $4 a gallon for gas to keep us at home and away from all of the local casinos. Cause at $4 a gallon and 100 miles roundtrip I'm losing before I get there. That's my two cents........ding!! dong!!

uh-oh better hide
