September 2026 Daily Post-a-thon Contest - Today I Learned

It's great to see that a few of you are taking the time to take part in this contest - that's awesome - thank you

We're halfway through the month so far and we really need some more people taking part so please grab a few other forum buddies over here to join in

I'm loving reading your interesting facts for each day. Some recent ones were perhaps a bit vague -- it would be nice to know a bit more for sure (nothing too personal of course)

Today I learned that I retired for no reason... I am back to working two part time jobs and still broke

Today I learned how to cook a new dish. I don't like cooking!

Today I learned if I don't buy the junk food in the store, then I won't be able to eat it at home!

Today I learned that your teeth are the only part of your body that cannot heal by itself

Today I learned you can't please everybody, even yourself sometimes.

Today I learned something new about my best friend! He is smoking again after 10 years!

Today I learned that i have to loose weight! It is important for my heart

Today I learned that cows have best friends and they become stressed if they are separated

So - please get some more people to join in and we can keep the same subject for the contest ...

I'll just change the topic title to September . ALL of your posts will be counted (since this topic started) and when we have at least 10 different members I'll do a random draw for our first winner

Keep posting and invite some others to take part too so we can get that first prize out and then start another one
