Tonic water is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved. Originally used as a prophylactic against malaria, tonic water usually now has a significantly lower quinine content and is consumed for its distinctive bitter flavour. It is often used in mixed drinks, particularly in gin and tonic.

R Raggae Sunsplash

Raggae Sunsplash Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients :
- 2 oz gin
- 4 oz apple juice
- 2 splashes strawberry syrup
- 2 dashes coconut food coloring


 Use a "Shaker" for Raggae Sunsplash drink recipe
Pour gin and pineapple juice into a shaker and shake well. Pour into a glass over ice, and add the strawberry syrup. Add a small amount of food coloring to the froth, and serve.
Serve in "Highball Glass" Garnish: No 

S Singapore Sling:

Combine gin, cherry-flavored brandy, triple sec, Benedictine, pineapple juice, lime juice, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the prepared Collins glass. Garnish with slice of pineapple and a cherry.

Taboo

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. White Rum
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 splash Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Simple Syrup

Mix in blender with 3 oz of crushed ice. Blend for 10 seconds or until it is smooth. pour into a sour glass

3 oz. Vodka
5 oz. Orangina ( or orange soda)

Stir Vodka and Orangina, pour over ice. Garnish with a cherry.

Ingredians:
2 oz Purity Vodka
1 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz coconut water
2 dashes Bitter Truth orange bitters

Directions: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir until ice cold. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass, garnish with a slice of dragon fruit.

Zeus Juice

1 oz. Rum
1 oz. Blue Curacao
6 oz. Sour Mix
1 oz. Blackcurrant
1 oz. Lemon Lime Soda

Fill a shaker with ice and give all a good shake. Have a tall glass ready with lots of ice and strain it in.

1/2 oz.
Cream

Glass type: Highball
Directions: Mix in a blender with 1/2 cup of ice. Serve in a highball glass.

Baby Kitty

1/3 oz. Anisette
1/3 oz. Creme de Violette
1/3 oz. Cream

Layer in a pony glass.
