I walk every day and i find people r more friendly and talkative on sunny days ,even if its just to chat about the weather.

Perhaps they are friendlier because they seem to be a lot hornier in the Spring. Isn't the Spring season also known as the mating season?

I dont think theres difference in people from winter to spring The way I see it is, chances are youre going to always cross paths with people either having a bad day or just straight up rude/crazy. We all have been there,LOL.. I prefer the winter rain, so whats considered 'bad weather' to many, might comfort me. Perhaps the weather may play a part how you chose to deal/react to others moods. But I dont think its possible to say nicer weather brings out nicer people.

I think the weather definitely affects people - sunshine seems to bring out the nicer side of peopel - especially after a cold winter...but I grew up in Alaska so I guess I have seen the extremes. Let me tell you, after 8 months of snow and 6 months of brutal cold, people are ecstatic when the sun finally starts melting things! LOL
