We used to have family gatherings when I was young. We don't do much anymore.

Usually make a ham with all the trimmings.

We get together for the grandkids... always helped hide the eggs when we lived together...
This year they will come over for treats and maybe dinner

hi gang , we dont do much nowdays the kids are big , but when they were little we dyed eggs and had easter hunt for kids and got together for dinner, times have changed . that was the good old days LOL , Happy Easter all ty josie46

I'm cooking for Easter. It will be a buffet. Everything will be cold but the ham.
we will have potato salad, pickled beets, cole slaw, kale cooked with garlic and olive oil with a little red pepper, hard boiled eggs, jello salad with pineapple, carrots and cabbage, home made easter bread with raisins , kolbassi and whatever else i might come up with.

I dont have plans now that my kids are grown unless of course my son decides its nanas turn to dye eggs with the grandkids.I like to hide coin eggs and watch how excited the grandkids are but the last few years its has been nasty out to hunt them...

we dont really do anything special for dinner. Sometimes we make a ham dinner but not always. But we do color eggs with the kids and do easter baskets for them and such

haha easter my favorite! like with xmas, we set out treats for the easter bunny, but they are carrots, i buy the big ones with the greenery hanging.. well my kids leave it out and i, er easter bunny chews up the carrot and leaves carrot crumbs in a trail,LMAO.. you can tell bunny was watching them sleep, the chomped carrot trail goes onto their bed and on their chest,LOL... and then to their easter baskets and around the area.. then i, er easter bunny throws down the chewed carrot by the front door.. lmfao, i also take tootsie rolls and nibble little pieces and mold them into tiny bunny turds and scatter them along the chewed carrot trail and in, around, throughout their baskets, i even have a pic of tootsie turds on my sons forehead and eyelid,LMAO.. so much fun

Well this is the first year in many that my daughter and family will not be here for Easter. Son and his family will be here but they are all 3 vegetairians!!!!!! We are going to have spaghetti with and without the meat. Grandson wants his egg hunt so we will do that !!!!

In the past, my daughter and her family had dinner and got Easter baskets but not the last couple of years. Without the children, it doesn't seem like much of a holiday to me.
