is there anyway i can get through to cirrus casino for some reason i can't log on to the casino i think because ive been to to many other casinos

If you have any Anti-Virus / Internet Security software installed - you may also want to check this. This includes Windows Firewall. Often these things will ask if you would like to allow a program access but sometimes you have to configure it specially.
You'll have to consult the guide if you have such software of how to do this as there's many possibilities depending on what you use.
That is of course - if Live Help couldn't sort you out already
