I downloaded the casino and followed the directions, I have never played at this casino and this is what they sent me..

While i know management reserves the right to deny my appl. I would like to know what that decision is based on? I have never had a charge back and i frequently spent a lot (too much) of money at the casinos i like. so i do not understand what they could be basing their decision on. but thank you for informing me, because now i know i do not want ANYTHING from your casino. thank you Sandra

Remember that rule we have about being posting negative things.. well I think the above are kinda just about fair but please remember this is free money they are offering and as per their terms - it is at management discretion...
I can appreciate your frustrations and just ask that if you have also been declined, you just leave this post with no more additions repeating the same thing.
Hopefully some will be eligible.
Remember just because they're not giving you personally the free cash, it doesn't meant they're a bad casino. Casinos have policies which we don't always understand but we should respect their discretion on things - we don't complain when they do give us free cash out of the blue eh.
I believe decisions MAY be based on your overall play at other casinos too -
I'm not sure if they have maybe started sharing a bit more info on bonus abuse, or those that claim many freebies but never deposit - I'm not accusing anyone so please don't think I am - I am just stating that in the age we live in where there are many fraudulent tactics people use and the casinos have the right to protect themselves and ability to pay out their paying players.
Sorry to hear some of you are not eligible for whatever reason - however strange it may seem.

Sorry if i sounded so harsh Geno, and yes you are right it is free money if you get it. like i said though it is Just My opinion. and i for one would not take just one persons opinion about a casino. I promise i'll watch what i say from now on.

I just wanted others to be aware that they are being picky.
I alos emailed them with a response to them. I also stated that I am just as picky with which casino I will deposit in and I do deposit, If I am given a hard time from the time go, do they think I would ever think to deposit...???
oh well their loss, there are a lot of honest casino out there.
And you run a great forum here... and I appreciate all the hard work that everyone does, I was just trying to share facts based on a personal experience.
I feel better that I am not the only one whom got declined.

I understand this is very frustrating guys and gals.
And I didn't post this before but please be aware that I do take everything you have said, even if I've removed it, on board and am seeking advice from the promoters.
I am compiling an email and will send it tonight to them and allow 7 days for an acceptable response. If none is received they will be removed from our promotions to avoid any further problems. Hopefully they will respond positively and with a full explanation of the experiences you've had.

Beware of manager Brad. after i made a deposit of 50 dollars because I got the infro from this site (Casino Crush) I was ready to play and it took until i had aready played my deposit for Brad to email me that i was not entitled to 150% bonus. I had to deposit exactly 100% Like It is worth much when it is pennies to the dollar. So after sending him 2 emails to him and no answer. I went to someone else even when he knew I got information stating up to 100 dollars I even sent the posting to him and how funny Crush sent me a email with the ad. after Paul read my email. It took less then 5 mins I had my bonus . Thank you Paul now this guy wants customers. I guess brad being the MANAGER in CHARGE decided that even if i had already deposited money with River Nile GET THIS after accessing my applcation that management has the right to denied my 15 credits I was right back with feeling like crepe for ever going in that so called casino . No need to apologise..
The fact is some people HAVE been able to claim, and it is not good to put other people off who may be able to claim. I can see from my statistics that at least 12 people have been able to successfully claim the $15 no deposit, and a few have deposited and won so you can hopefully see my point.
I have emailed the promoters and am waiting for their feedback.
