The sender is "Player Rewards", and the subject line reads, "Accredit your account balance with $100.00". the code i got is 100Fsub1, but i'm not sure if it's a personalized code or not.

I think used to have an account at 50states. I think it used to be an RTG.

I signed up and got the $100, and the terms are 50X PT and $100 max, BUT you have to deposit a min. of $25 before you can cash out.
