They are supposed to be for people that only use them genuinely to TRY OUT what it is like to play a casino for real money..
Unfortunately, a lot of people just expect casinos to give away free money for people to cash out on ... how would the casino make money if they all did this?
If you don't like these bonuses - don't play them!
As all players I'm sure know - you always get the best experience by depositing 
and if you find a casino you deposit regularly at you'll find you do sometimes get nice 'no deposit bonuses' with minimal terms and cashable when you're low on funds / haven't played for a while or sometimes if you just ask.

I believe the terms state for 'Free Chips' a 1x Max Cash-Out (which I believe from the #1 All bonuses are sticky unless otherwise stated) - if the max cash-out was 1x and the bonus was sticky then you wouldn't be able to cash anything out and there wouldn't be much point in having the free bonus term.

Geno I do understand what your saying and I do know the terms are there for one to read and basically one will always play at there own risk I suppose.. I am a depositing player weekly at several casino's and I venture out on free try chips every once in awhile and I just didn't like it and i voiced my opinion.. No harm no fowl Geno......
