Sorry to hear you had problems.

I'm trying to get hold of our contact at Belle Rock to understand what the problems are.

Please note I can tell you a few things for sure already:-

1. ONLY NEW PLAYERS (re-downloading and creating a new account is not permitted - this goes for ANY offer that says 'new players only'). If support tell you otherwise, then please take a note of their name and let me know as they should really know better and we can make sure that they are advised correctly in future.

2. If you ever get a different screen/bonus than you expect - DO NOT TOUCH IT - until you've contacted the support team and asked them to correct it. If you take the free $25 and play it - I'm afraid it's tough - because basically you've then accepted the terms of the $25 free offer (confusing or not, I'm sorry but that's the way FREE MONEY offers are).

3. Whilst I can appreciate disappointment when you are not able to claim it - please do not abuse customer support staff as this will not help you, or us in trying to get you assistance via our contacts.

I will hopefully get in touch with our contact later today and post here with an update (and update the original topic if appropriate).

As always, please remember these are 'Free Money' offers and often what comes with these are many terms and conditions. It does seem there has been some error or mis-timing but I will do my best to get things sorted asap and anyone that has downloaded using the correct link AND HASN'T SPENT THE $25 FREE I will do my best to get your free time credited asap.
