This promotion is fine for new players, but there would be very few Players at casino crush that didn't already have a riverbell account, as they have been pushing their $25 n/d bonus for some time. Not many people would be able to claim this promotion, and maybe you could point this out to them. Most of us have an account and are existing players.
So how about a promotion like this for existing players.

Hi lynchberg, agreed we do have many members here that are already members of Riverbelle Casino. Riverbelle is one of the first casinos that I joined back in 1997 so it has been around for a while.
I'm not sure if you've noticed but Casino-Crush is growing very fast and we do have a lot of new gamblers that are joining us all of the time so I'm sure that they will appreciate this offer.
In Geno's post it does state in capital letters that this is for new players only. I don't think that there should be any confusion about this offer.

I called support about this promo and was told to open a new account. He knew I already had an account and he said that is ok to open a new one for this promo. He also said that I would have no problem cashing out(after meeting the requirements of the promo) if I got to that point. So I am about to download through the link and see what happens. ONE MORE THING....... He said that after I opened my new account.....I log in....then when it asks if I want to deposit click "NO". If you click "yes" then you will be taken to the banking section and the promo will not be there. So make sure to click "NO"!!!!!!!! So we will see what happens.....

I signed up and dowloaded using the link in the email I got from here for the promo. I opened an account and it took me to the page I needed for that promo but alas when I used the link I was given on the promo page for the game I had no credits and could not spin . What did I do wrong?

service and they are ALWAYS coming out with new promos for NEW &
EXISTING players.....I'm already a member at Riverbelle so this promo
does not apply for me 
Maybe next time they will have
something along the same lines for existing players....It never hurts to
contact their support and give a suggestion or opinion....Just my take
thats all.....

Hi rsablebomb, when you are logged into the casino on the right hand side there is online chat help there. Tell them that your page didn't load for the free 20 minute $500 promotion. They will be able to look and see if anything else needs to be done or not.
Support told me that in some cases what you need to do is completely remove Riverbelle from your computer, add/remove plus temp files etc and redownload from the link in the email that they sent you when you registered.
I was also told by support that this promotion is for New Members only. Sorry kids, but as sisters said they do have great promotion bonuses for existing members quite often and their support staff is great.

Hi - same thing for me as the post above.
I clicked on the banner in the post about the 20 min free and it does take me to the page about this promotion, but then when I click on the link that says "download now", it goes to a page saying "please wait while your download begins" and then it goes to a "BAD REQUEST" error page "Your browser sent a request that we did not understand".
I did switch to IE for this (I usually use Firefox) but that didn't work either - got the same thing.
Any suggestions?
