For those that don't already know....there is a ND coupon for $15 here at CC....the code is CRUSH. GL to all that play!

As far as the payout goes, first I had to send in documents. I scanned and emailed them and they were approved within an hour. My request was approved in about the same amount of time. Since I am from the USA, the only option I had was Wire Transfer and they say (here and elsewhere) that it takes from 5 - 10 days. I will post as soon as the money gets into my account, assuming it will.

I just wanted to let everyone know that my money is now in my bank account. Yay!

There was a $41 charge for the transfer of $700 - giving me $659. the charge is kind of a drag, but still an excellent return on a $21 deposit!
