Quicktender Pulling Out

yeah sharon the USA banks will question it. Back when I won the $20K from Everygame and had half of it transferred to my bank my bank called me and gave me a check for what was in the account and closed my account. Their security department said I was a security risk because of an over seas transfer. Go figure huh

But as OC said using those check cashing places is an idea for a casino check. They are really expensive but if it is the only real way to get your money then maybe worth the cost. I know at one of them I had to pay $15 to cash a $600 check, I think the fee is a % of whatever the check is for so the bigger the check the more you pay them out of it.

True Sable they are on the expensive side but ... something is better then nothing and thanks to our government, we're getting pretty desperate for different methods. grrrrrrrrrrr

I guess we have to remember it's the law now in the USA and in some ways many have been lucky to be able to gamble at all between then (Nov 2006? I think) and now ...

I really hope they will regulate gambling - and as Rita already said - yep it's all about the money / taxes.. and I'm sure they'll realise in time that this doesn't work..

I'm reasonably confident that things will get better for our USA players but I think it will take a while .. always seems to take longer to get something allowed than to ban it .. I would not like to speculate about how long ... but at least a year probably more before things get straightened out.

The fact is .. a lot of affiliates make money, many from the USA and that money then gets pumped back into the US economy so overall I don't think it makes sense really - but then what does these days? LOL

It seems like the USA casino players places available are reducing at the moment and there's not much people can do really - I can't imagine a politician going 'pro-gambling' for an election ? With more pressure .. maybe ..

As for QT - I'm very sure they'll pay the money to you - after all it's most likely in a USA account (those transfers in process) and I really can't imagine they'd want to keep that money away from USA people - after all - it will go back into the USA ..

I just received the message about QT from Sloto' Cash and I am blinded with rage...and that is just an understatement! So basically, the only option we have left is Visa (which is still pointless because we can't withdraw). Thanks to our super-fascist goverment, US players are totally screwed and pretty much have no other choice but to go to land-based casinos to gamble. A lot of us don't live anywhere near a casino or can even afford to get there because of high gas prices. Some of us (like me) would rather just stay home and gamble, but that's taken away from us! sorry to hear about this everyone hope something gets sorted soon for all of you in usa, shirls netellers website is down at moment but its a regular thing with neteller for updates improvements etc but by looks of it it should be running soon as their it depatrment is working on it(hope so anyway LOL) but neteller has been unavailable in usa for years so problems on their site will not be down to usa cracking down on everything i dont think

Well take a look at $ being made for your state in video poker machines since they started hassling online gambling payment methods so much.
It has skyrocketed.

In my opinion, this is the motivation behind US efforts to stop online gambling.
Fact is that all states need more tax dollars, but are already taxing the poo outta us.

Hence comes the infamous video poker machines. They do not pay out enough for anybody with a substantial income. But boy do they bring in those low- middle class $'s.
This, my gambling friends, is the greedy hand of our own states not wanting your dollars going oversees, as they are needed to make up for those tax dollars that would be unethical to collect from us otherwise.
