I Know I Am Going To Be In Trouble For Asking This......

I know that I am likely to get in trouble for asking this but...has anyone heard anything on the free birthday spins for the U.S.? I saw where geno said he would get back to us that was about a week ago..

Im sorry for sounding impatient (i really don't mean to be) but it seems like we have been waiting almost all month for them. Im thinking because nothing else has been said that maybe we arent going to receive them after all...and I was just hoping that we could maybe get some kind of an update on this topic..

again my apologies if I have over-stepped any boundry here.
I know it may not seem like a big thing to everyone but it seems like us players in the U.S. get something special far and few between these days...

I also want to say I really appreciate all of you here in this forum.
You do an amazing job and you have to be the most helpful group of people of any forum...

Firstly: Microgaming not allowing new downloads of new games - is something done by MICROGAMING and NOT the Casino themselves (although I would hope with enough players complaining to support about not being able to play them might help - but I do think with the decision Microgaming have made re. USA players (due to the US government ruling!) they will most probably stick as they are until/unless the laws are revised / removed.

Secondly: Royal Joker Free Spins - these were credited on the Hell Boy slot (new game) and this was an oversight by them at the time BUT they need a bit of time to remove the old credits (even if you can't see them - it costs the casino money to give them and there were a lot of people claiming) and then re-credit to another game.

I have asked for an update from Royal Joker today and hopefully will have something to post soon.

I really do understand your frustrations, but please remember why ALL of these issues started - the US government - the casinos would love nothing more than to have all players playing freely.

WE ARE STILL WAITING NOW A MONTH "SIGH"
