The reason why they paid me 400 is because i rang them up and asked them to pay me what they could, and they said they could pay me 400, shocking isn't it?

I had a similar issue with Gold VIP Casino. I had $1200 payout..waited 10 days for a wire transfer of $600 and found that the other $600 was returned back to my casino account. When I inquired, support told me to make another withdrawal request now for the $600...jokingly I asked "so I can wait 10 days to get a wire transfer of $300 and make another withdrawal request again?" Support answered, "Yes! exactly."
