This is what i could have won, im waiting for vegas regal to come back to me with the investigation, i decided to post it here instead of bumping the post in the no deposit forum, and also because i can add attachments here too.

I think i should have won 400 coins x 20 lines. but instead it gave me nothinhg

nope, if you look at the screenies they show twenty winning lines, and a win of 0 on each of the lines.

They've pulled the game on all the Rival Casino from what i can tell, so hopefully they will pay, watch this space

no news yet Boris ? i was in that game last night checking it out in fun mode and correct me if im wrong but i think they have removed the 4rth reel green guitar from the game i played about 250 spins never got the green guitar on reel 4 and 5 ?

Im not too sure about that, but i have kept on asking them and explaining my disappointment that i have to keep asking them. Anyway after my last time of asking they sent me a specific email after my last chat with them and said they are still looking in to it, as soon as they are finished they will credit me with what it was i should have won.

I am not getting my hopes up, but i hope its sorted out soon
