The best prepaid cc I have found to use is the All Access Visa Gift Card! I have been using them for over a year now and have very rarely had a problem. There is also the Netspend card which is totally reloadable.

Well since i live in new jersey i use www.only1.com its from money gram and it works in all the casinos and sportsbooks western union also has 1 that works you can use them at any atms

allaccess visa hasn't worked for me at any online casino or poker site for about 4 or 5 months, I use netspend, https://www.netspend.com .. easy to load, and I have never had a transaction with a casino or poker site rejected when I use my netspend
