Many...but Neteller doesn't allow transactions smaller than 10$ so it's no use...

I think Ergopro is right, but try casinolux or casinoglamour.
They also give you entire 30 $ free on first deposit of only 5 $.

You can deposit that 5$ with credit card only.
Neteller deposits have a 20$ minimum at those casinos...
