I can't believe these guys at jackpots in a flash i made my 2nd deposit when i had 20 cent left in my account which was bonus and now i have zero bonus left in my account because i played on a lot after that 2nd deposit so its just a cash balance and they tell me i still have 2 wager $800 left on my account because off the 20 cent but in the cashier section it says you can cash out your cash balance at any time and cing that i have no bonus that just sucks
so it looks like 4 anouther $800 wagering

I think your right because you never got the bonus 4 sure where i did but lost it all but 4 the 20 cent your a lot more in the right than me thats 4 sure.
also my problem with my casino is there clear play bonus system didn't work so it said a full cash balance in the cashier and in the casino after my 1st deposit i had it on auto spin and was counting my bets up 2 my last 20 cent
but my main beef with them is in the cashier section it says your cash balance can be cashed out at any time and gues what i 4 sure only have a cash balance because i spun a hell of a lot after my 2nd depsoit off $100. good luck with it mirrors34 it would be very crooked off them if they dont give you your cashout.

I always empty my account before depositing..That can be a trap as you have pointed out to all of us......Just hit some good ones and get that money out of there.

all i can say to that is get Geno to help you... he's pretty good at straightening out the bonus messes with the managers. as for your comp balance, make sure you have signed up for the comp program in that casino cause some of them you have to opt into manually, you aren't just automatically added to the comp program when you open an account, so i would definitely check into their policy on that. good luck to ya.. take care

Just throwing my 2 cents worth in and hoping it may help you.

I have never known any casino to not expect some certain amount of playthrough before you cash out -- right or wrong of them -- UNLESS.....(and here is the catch that WE can finally use, instead of them).....If you write them an email and keep a copy of it for yourself, telling them to put you on their "NO BONUS LIST", then you can cash out any time you please......whether you are winning or losing!

Personally, I like to use their bonus money to try out several of their games and see how they pay off. Then, when the bonus money is gone, if I am not pretty far ahead, I write that email!

I learned about this from communicating to and from many support people and managers at many casinos.

You might not like doing things that way, and to each his own. I am only saying that it always works out best for ME, so that when I win some money, I know that money is MY profit! With the email on record, they cannot argue with you.

Generally speaking - with any Microgaming Bonus - if you have a bonus in your account BEFORE you make a deposit - my advice is purely to play that bonus out to zero - BEFORE You make your deposit.

The bonus playthrough is then reset to zero.

This is the way that the Microgaming Bonus system works (from experience) and in my opinion an easier way to go than other suggestions I've seen.
